OS polishes mostly. UI and features.

Also, BBM and many other apps will see further improvement. The BlackBerry native app platform is still young and adding new tools all the time

The first thing to look out would be the next OS update, which would be 10.2.1 it should be released sometime in Q1 next year. I guess there might be another (major or noteable) OS update in for us.
Besides that, as others already stated, we'll see more improvements to native apps like Twitter, BBM or Facebook. Some long waited 3rd party apps like iGrann should release as final versions.

However I don't think anything really exciting will happen after all. I doubt there'll be a flood of new apps or developers, just seeing how poorly BB10 is doing in general, developers surely will choose Windows Phone prior BB10 when it comes to developing for a third plattform.
