Right, my girlfriend tried to install the new software, but something happened, and when she turned her phone on it was stuck on loading screen, did hard reset and everything, she plugged it into blackberry link and nothing happened, so she rung BlackBerry and they told her to send it to them? Now they can't fix it so it's getting sent to a different country?

All this and I think it just needed to be looked at and wiped on the computer?? Not sent to a different country by blackberry, they rung and said they can't fix it were sending it away?

I wish your gf had checked CB before she called BB. You probably would have been able to reload the OS for her without any problems.

Wipe using BlackBerry link prolly would have done it. Oops. I would push them for a loaner.

How long did she wait after the initial installation reboot? Some devices are stuck for more than fifteen minutes on the 100% loading screen. While this really sucks and is kind of inconvenient, doing a hard-reset isn't the way to do after just a couple of minutes

Yeah, my z30 got stuck on the loading screen at 100% recently.. reloading the os fixed it, as it usually does
