Sometimes my Q5 screen becomes irresponsive mostly while receiving phone calls and unlocking.

If you have pressed the top lock/power button three times consecutively, the q5 goes into "screen reader mode". In this mode the screen becomes a little unresponsive. If your media volume is Zero you may not realise this. So check if the screen reader mode if on or off after turning on the media volume to max. If it is, all you have to do is turn this off by pressing the power button three times.
