Hi,

I have problem in updating my q5 with BB 10.2.1.3062 OS
I have tried out in different wifi network and by blackberry link too, still the problem persists
At a point in time post the download of 800 MB every time a message pops up saying "Software update interrupted"
I have only one option left - "wiping out"...but i really don't want to do that
if I'm wiping how to take backup of the contacts book which i don't want to lose

Any suggestions plz...
