I don't get it..
How can only Reebee is affected by the oriention control app

There are apps out there that do not "auto-rotate", seems they are locked into the portrait mode.
I've only seen it mostly in the "games" genre, but once in a while, you will see a non-game app set in that orientation.
Can you try the same app on a tablet?

I talk about the Q series cause from what I've heard they are not supposed to support the landscape mode and I don't mean the 16:9 ratio.
The tablet support the screen rotation so I know it will turn !

I only want to flip the screen around..
And I know It will be the same 1:1 ratio but with a 90degree rotation ..
I wasn't able to make it turn until I notice this app turn but why can't we make the system turn like that ?

Have you notice the system notification is on portrait mode while the app is "landscape" (even if it's not really landscape by the way)
