Hi all - just recently picked up a Q5 on Koodo with a Gel skin (coming back to the fold from my Galaxy Nexus and sick of paying $70 a month for a plan).

I want to get a holster with a belt clip to use with the gel skin. Can anyone recommend a good choice that will fit and where to get it?

Lastly, is the power saving feature in the BB OEM cases (magnet) really that important?

Can I tag on ref case.. i just bought my wife a Q5. She works in health care and all though she uniform has pockets she has issues with the loose phone. Has anyone have any suggestions for a case. The jell case / holster sounds good.

I don't suspect you will find one that will work with the gel skin. I have one coming in in store pick up. I can let you know how it fits in the BB Q5 branded holster. Should be here by the end of the week.

Went to Sonic today and purchase a hard shell, from BlackBerry, plus a belt holster. I think the combination will work well. Note.. Sonic has sent back all the BlackBerry phones due to lack of interest.. customers want iPhone and Android. It's a shame really as the benefits of the bb10 is not known.. the same situation was found at London drugs, it's funny how that made me feel, I experienced a real sense
of loss

Purchased a Reiko today - leather with magnet closure for $15 US at a mall kiosk. Fits Q5 nicely in gel skin. No magnet shut off or swivel belt clip but otherwise 8 / 10
