I purchased Hub++ and Easy Notes Pro, it's showing me the following error w/ no download, however I have received charged confirmation.

How do I go about it?

did it atucally come out of your account some systms are automated responce and if u were charged u might have to contact the vendor for a promo code.

Thank you, just emailed both the developers.

The payments were deducted, received the confirmation for Easy Notes Pro for 1 GBP, not for Hub++ BUT the balance is PKR 300 which (after conversion) includes the price of the app.

Edit: The Easy Notes Pro developer replied instantly. The developers don't control the purchase process and s(he) asked me to download again.

I would but the purchase is not recorded against my ID, the price is charged though. So how should I go about it?

P.S. I am not whining about the price, rather this is my first time purchase so just seeking clarification for the process.

Thank you. However, I am not looking for a refund rather the reason app wasn't downloaded, truncated payment process and deducted charges. There is an abandoned thread here w/ the same issue from Pak but the guy hasn't responded back to his issue.

Refunds block a person from any future download.
