Hi,

I desperately need to change my password. I went into settings, device password, change device password. It doesn't work. The button greys out for a bit and then returns to its normal self. Why isnt it letting me change my password?

Any help/advise is appreciated.

You've tried a restart? Hard reset?
Are parental controls enabled?

Just restarting now. It seems to have a lot of updates so its taking time.
