So got a new Q5 to replace water damage and restored apps on BB Link (though manually had to restore accounts and contacts).

It connects to Wifi but "Wifi Connection Limited" errors are constant and no web pages will open. This never happened on my previous one. Are there settings I can try to adjust? I cannot find any on the menus.

(Also I have searched Crackberry in vain and cannot find how to filter searches enough to even get close to an answer).

Browser works on Koodo data plan. But I cannot afford to use it all the time. is there any place to check settings to make sure it works? Thank you for letting me know.

Under Settings > Networks and Connections > Wi-Fi, tap on Saved at the bottom of your screen. On the screen that appears, tap and hold to select your saved Wi-Fi network and choose Delete. Once it has been deleted, go back to the main Wi-Fi screen, select your network, enter your password, and connect to your network.

If reentering the WiFi credentials doesn't work, try changing the WiFi broadcast channel in your router settings.

I was able to get it working by resetting the WiFi modem, which had blocks on all services for this phone probably because it was an new IP on the system. Thanks again.
