    I have a Q5 and I had to use Blackberry Link for the software upgrade after I found out that there was not enough space on the Q5 to complete it.

    So I have upgraded to the new software.

    However in the Settings menu under software updates - my update to the current version of software has been paused and there are no options to cancel. only resume and that of course means removing 98% of the software on it to free up the space. I also the previous automatic 10.3 downloaded and is still hogging up space somewhere.

    What Can I Do?
