    So I bought a new BlackBerry q5 and I'm really satisfied but I don't know the reason I don't get H+ signal but only H, SQR100-2,happens with my STL100-2 too. I've seen galaxies and xperias getting H+ but not my blacks
    Here are my settings:

    Have you done any speed tests? Take/borrow one of those Xperias, Galaxys, etc. and do a speed test. Then do one from your Q5. Same location, same SIM. Hopefully it's just a choice of terminology issue.

    It could also happen that your carrier has deployed its HSPA+ network on a different band--one that's not present in the STL/SQR -2. This would be very unlikely because Europe in general uses only but two bands for UMTS--both of which are present in the SQR/STL -2.
