    I have Lost my BlackBerry Q5..I have it connected with the Blackberry Protect, but, Protect doesn't display any info where my device is , it says it cant locate it..Please Help me I really need it...

    Yes. For Protect to see it the phone needs to be connected to either wifi or carrier network. You should cancel your SIM with your carrier if you don't think you have a chance of finding it.

    It needs to be connected to WiFi to work.
