Hi frns im using blackberry q5 running on 10.2.1.1259
my location services are turned on
but my phone cannot define my location
i tried in many applications like
facebook
whatsapp
foursquare
but use so pls help me guys
i tried facing my phone to clear sky also
my location icon beside battery is dull in color is that the problem
im attaching the screenshots pls reply me guys

The only thing i can say is update to 10.2.1.1925..

The location icon you see at the screen top is the way it should be when location base services are on. The next thing I would suggest you use is a location diagnostic application so you can see what the system is doing. I recommend my own application HelloGPS, but there are others. If you run HelloGPS, the main screen will tell you if you are getting cellsite, wi-fi or GPS location data. It may be that you aren't leaving it run for a long enough time for the first fix. It can take quite a while.
