    I tried searching for this one in the forums. I can't seem to drag things to the home screen. Is that the purpose for the new home?? How do I add my fav apps there? Thanks

    That's not what it's for. You can rearrange open apps (tap and hold), or you can have the home screen stay even when all apps are closed (allows you to see the date and your wallpaper).

    I quite like it, it's nice to be able to see your whole wallpaper but other than that. No real point.

    You can't do that. It's just a cool option, you can always turn off the settings in display of you like. It gives you the feel of your wallpaper.
