    Prepaid. Just get them unlocked. Go on line to Getunlocked.com...They charge about $34.00 to fully unlock the device with a world unlock. Takes about two hours to get your code. I bought numerous codes for tons of BB10 devices, and had no issues. Perfect unlocking company.

    I bought two in London, Ontario and two in Missisauga, Ontario today...I don't think there are any more out there to be found, lol. I called everywhere in Ontario...
