Hi,

Does anybody know how to restore your blackberry hub icon on the home screen. a user deleted it and i can't find it anywhere.
you still can swipe right to acces the hub but the homescreen icon was so much easier for some older users.

hope to get an answer.
Running q5 with latest 10.2 update.

Outdated link. Try typing in "BlackBerry Hub." If still present, you're good. Either way, just swipe up and to the right to access hub. You really don't need the icon anyway.

Or backup your contacts and pictures etc and reinstall the os through the desktop software.

i think i will reinstall. i know you don't really need the button (i prefer swiping anyway) but some of our older users liked the button and he isn't that good at swiping....

No don't reinstall anything. Just restart your device. Power off, power on. The icon will be on your homescreen after the restart.
