If any of you have problems getting the OTA update, I'd recommend what I read a few days back. Take out your SIM and go to settings to turn off location services. Then, check for the update and you should have it! It worked for my Z10!

I have a Q5 and running 10.1 but can't get 10.2 tried for. Months but won't work it says 10.2 is 995mb so I proceed but then it says it wants 1.7 gbs to be cleared but I have over 2gbs free I'm confused why it won't install. I have more memory than it wants yet it does this, pls I have any advice email me, [email protected]

Try clearing some more data. Delete more apps. Reboot and then try
