[CrackBerry Question]

I accidentally interrupted a factory restore of my blackberry Q5.
It now boots for two seconds and shows a cell phone, usb symbol and a pc screen.
My computer won't pick it up no matter what I have tried. Hence link won't see it either, I have tried restoring factory settings from the link software but says a communication connection cannot be established.
I even downloaded a autoloader, but that also doesn't work. It just won't pick up the device.
It was working perfectly before the factory restore.

I had a similar problem. I think I was updating with an autoloader and accidently unplugged my phone. I used a different computer and it was able to detect the phone. It isn't the exact same situation as yours, but maybe it will be helpful.
