    Please help
    Yesterday I had difficulty accessing my e-mail account, when I finally managed to get it working again all my telephone contacts have disappeared, I am sure they are there but I cannot get them to reappear.
    Any ideas gratefully received.

    If it's backed up to your email account, try deleting your email account and entering the credentials again.

    Even a simple reboot (causing a re-sync) may do the trick. I'd try that first. This happened to me with one of my Outlook.com accounts. The reboot worked.
