    My daughter's Q5 camera has stopped, giving 'the camera can?t be started' msg like many others have complained about. It was only week old when she upgraded OS before I had chance to backup phone. Camera apparently worked after, but has since stopped. Did everything - hard resets, security wipe, ran Taskmgr, no android or other apps loaded after wipe, SD card ok, permissions etc. No change.
    I decided to download a couple camera apps. One msg came up 'no camera units were found', other app 'camera in use'. Now what? Missing camera file? Hardware? Wait for OS3.1 to come out, or send back while under warranty? Bought as new through reseller so don't have lots of time to wait on it. Some of keys are intermittently not working too.

    Get an exchange ASAP if you can. Don't even bother trying to fix it if you can get a replacement.
