    i recently set my bb q5 to wipe and it is stuck on 98% from Monday until now and when i restart it, it simply starts over the wipe sequence, any one can help ? thank you.

    Something went wrong ... did you shut it down during the (initial) process ?
    What I'd suggest is either an autoloader or - simplier - the use of BlackBerry link.

    Your device must have shut off during the wipe as Superfly stated. Same thing happened to me on my Passport. I also suggest going through BlackBerry Link as that's what I did and the wipe was done in less than 10 minutes.
