    I have a problem with my Blackberry Q5, it wont come on after pressing the power button and the up/down volume button. I tried connecting it with my blackberry link but its not seeing it or responding when i plug it to charge it.

    Please help

    Perhaps the battery is dead. Try using an external charger.

    Sometimes when the battery is completely dead, you have to plug the charger into it and leave it until it is completely charged (solid green light). Remove from charger and then try to power it on.

    Is the notification light on the Q5 green? If not, try another charger. If you are absolutely sure that the charger is working properly, then it sounds like your phone may be dead. It happens. Sorry.

    it is not showing any light that is the problem it wont show any light and blackberry link is not seeing it

    I think i have the same problem. My q5 was still at around 30% batt. I left it on my table while sending some emails on my desktop. When i get back to it, it won't turn on. I plugged it into a wall socket with original charger but it still wont turn on after about 30min. What could this be? Any help would be appreciated.
