Sometimes the volume up button of my Q5 remains stuck in and I need to move a little bit to pull out. It happens very few times but also at someone else happens?

Hi! Welcome to CB!!! Have you dropped your device recently? have you had it for a while? If it's a physical defect you may need to have the device replaced.

Never dropped,

but it happens few times so for me it's ok. But I was curious if it could be an assembly defect.

If you have insurance I would take it back and swap it sounds like a device defect my Q5 don't do that :/ hope this helps
