    so i had this phone for 2 years and already went to the retailer's to get help but they wouldn't help because my warranty expired. The touch screen doesn't work but the buttons and volume button works.

    You need to change the screen of your Q5. Look for a phone technician to help you out

    Run BBVE and test your touch panel. If you get a response then try to reload OS and see if it's a software glitch. If it does work then get it replaced as suggested. Might be time for update too if replacement is cost prohibitive.

    Even if it fails BBVE try an OS reload. You have nothing to lose.
