    Hello, I�m having troubles to connect my Q5 to my computer. BlackBerry link shows me an error. It says that it can�t conect to de device.
    I�m trying to connect it by USB cable. My USB cable is OK. I test everything with my Z10 and it works fine with Z10, but with Q5 it can�t connect..
    The BlackBerry link made me reload de system on the device, but it doesn�t work anyway.
    Please help.

    Have you tried to reboot the Q? Or maybe disable link on the Q, reboot, and renable. Maybe that will work
