    I used CanadaGSM.ca. It cost $19 and took a couple days to get the unlocking code. You need to supply the name of the carrier your phone was made for and the phone's IMEI number (instructions provided). The one issue I had is that the IMEI number my Blackberry returned was 17 digits (15 digit IMEI number plus a 2 digit check sum). To order the unlocking code you must only enter the first 15 digits. Copy the numbers carefully, I did it four digits at a time. Also, you only get 10 tries at entering the unlocking code on your phone, so take your time and get it right.
