Hey guys, I'm trying to find out which version of os helps to save battery, is it the official or the leaked version?

When commenting, please state how long your battery lasts and which os and radio you are using, I use the 10.2.1.1925 with 1899 radio and my battery lasts for about 10 hours without charging.

I'm wondering the same thing.. I can deal without a few of the newer features for the sake of my battery haha.

You should state which phone model you have. 10 hours on a Z10 is not bad. 10 hours on a z30 isnt so great.

Mileage does vary between users, but typically, the leaked versions will be newer, and have tweaks that will extend battery life to varying degrees. (This applies after the "break-in period" of a couple of days when re-indexing everything on the device is occurring.)

I have found that the latest leak extended battery life to about 12 hours. Last night I unplugged my phone around 10 pm and it lasted through the night and until 2 with about less than 30%. I didn't put the phone on bedside mode and I would normally play games and check out CB often through out the morning. Anyways, I have to say this one made a difference from a much earlier build of 10.2.1.

On a q5 v 10.2.0.429 I get around 44% left on a day with heavy usage, moderate usage lasts me 2 days (a day being from around 8am to around 11pm)

Wow, nice one guys, I'm waiting to see what happens with the official 10.2.1, I heard the 1926 radio has battery issues though.

1926 radio works well with me. I get 12-14 hrs with moderate to heavy use. I believe that there was battery issues with the radio that came with 10.2.1.1925. There are several posts on this site that talks about it.
