I just typed and clicked on the name, the phone thinks it's in the contacts while typing.

I don't know about professionalism. But it is very average and on devices like Q5/Q10/Classic where the screen size is smaller, such accidental presses of send message while adjusting the cursor or opening up emoticons happens often and results in frustration. 10.2.1 had a better background or the whole of text messaging UI. BlackBerry is mostly for texting and messaging. They should have understood this why it's not better with 10.3.1 and why, even though it's not a massive issue for many people but still they should consider changing the UI, at least in the next major update.

I hate it. Counter starts to early n makes that small text box even smaller!!! Too many icons in the text box too. Bbm is perfect. I ranted about this on another thread too btw. Hate it
