good morning,
been following a thread wrt the q10 and stuttering/double typing keyboard issues.
has anyone come across similar or different keyboard issues with the q5?
im thinking the keyboard mechanism and structure of the q5 is different to the q10.

No double typing or stuttering with the BlackBerry Q5 after almost 6 months usage.

None so far after a few months: heavy email user. I think it's slightly slower to type than. Q or Bold keyboard but better than the old curves.

My experience with the BlackBerry Q5 keyboard has been very good and faster than with my BlackBerry Bold 9700 / 9780. The key size is perfect IMO.

Double type is dust/condensation accumulation, most hardware keyboard phones are prone to this. Usually it happens after a year or bit more of usage, if it happens.

I have a typing issue on BBM, i use emotions a alot and it lags it gets that bad its about 4 words behind when i've finished typing. I have to reboot my phone roughly every 30 mins for it to be okay, even if i use 1 emotion it will lag, every other typing app is fine just BBM

Might just be a BBM issue. Does it persist in other apps?
