    Hi
    My q5 is touch problem.. (only right side..)
    so I can't BBM voice chat., I can't Text message to calling.
    My problem( plz watch picture) Yellow line is touch problem..
    Not work..

    I tried
    1.autolaoder 10.3.2.2239,3.2.840,2204 etc
    2, using sachesi ( update OS)
    3, security reset.
    4,My q5 take apart display parts and Mother board..
    5, I turn off screen Reader (every option)
    But still..
    Plz help me
    now I think new housing parts. change Display parts ( If not display problem..... OMG..)
    what can I do?

    Do you have any sort of screen protector on the phone by any chance? If so, remove it and try it again. Otherwise, you're likely looking at a faulty digitizer in the display which will need to be replaced.

    Hi. Did You solve Your touch screen problem? I have the same but with left side. And it is strange, because it is not working only in certain situations. Not always. Definitely it is not working on Android apps. The same with some web pages. On Hub and BB10 native apps everything is OK.

    I have it. It passing all tests. Including one with touch screen. What next?

    Then it must be a software issue. Reload the OS
