Z10 + X10 + Dev Alpha C?... OR the R10 (Curve)??

I'm actually not a fan of the volume and detail of all these leaks, but still i'm intrgued by the above pic posted on 4chan.
The device in white - dev alpha C or the unannounced R-series line meant to replace the Curve line?
it has the same relative size as the X10 but with less premium design/materials (speculation).
What do you guys think? - 12-24-2012, 09:27 AM #2
I say it's a Curve. A bit early to leak though.

Intriguing to say the least, definitely does look cheaper compared to the other devices but not production ready in my eyes.

That device in white looks interesting. Though I dislike the format of those keys. Kinda reminds me of. This HTC ChaCha Facebook phone.
What do you guys think about the screensize? The pictured Z10 is 4.2", both QWERTY appear to have the same or at least highly similar screen dimensions. Almost looks like it could be 3.2" - which would be great. - 12-24-2012, 09:40 AM #5sent from anywhere

The only problem is imo, a curve is NEVER suppose to be bigger then a bold, that "R" is bigger, or at least the same size as the X...

Curve or not it will have the same screen as the new Bold cause they have to maintain the aspect ratio across all devices no matter for a unified OS that allows one(1) application for all devices. I understand how this works between the 4.2" and the 3" screens resolutions so it is expected that the Curve will maintain that concept with a 3" screen as well. To make it a Curve though it will use the cheaper keyboard and more plastic as it always has been and one should expect its hardware be similar to the Playbook since it is less then the new specifications which will make it a Curve still yet. Here is a breakdown of what I see is coming for example between the Bold, London, Curve, and Aristo(if it is real).
Aristo: 1.5GHz Processor quad
Bold and London: 1.5GHz Processors duel
Curve: 1GHz Processor duel
Aristo: 2GB Memory
Bold and London: 1GB Memory or more before release
Curve: 1GB Memory
Aristo: 8MP rear camera 2MP front
Bold and London: 8MP rear camera 2 MP front
Curve: 5MP rear camera 2MP front
I don't expect the keyboard phones to get HDMI cause they do not have the ratio for wide screen display but everything else for the port will be there. What I would like to see is the desktop and laptop computer's to come about since QNX is the base root of the whole thing but then again Windows does itself very well with no limitations and I still want to try out Mac OSX.Last edited by AntL85; 12-28-2012 at 11:06 AM.

I wouldn't be surprised if they launched the Z and the R with the X to follow.
