How so? With quick responses the keyboard is already there, just rattle it off. No need to select the text field, no need to wait for the virtual keyboard to pop up.

I love the z10 and everything about it but I do miss being able to type blind while walking down the street or while doing other tasks that require looking away for a period if time

I'm curious what BB you came from? I have a SG3 currently and I miss my 9630/9650 days. I have problems typing somedays. I never got the 9930, but will try out the Q10

I had a Curve 9370, Torch 9850 and Bold 9930...and before that the Storm2...I liked things about them all but the Storm2 and Torch sceens stood out most and maybe that's why I prefer the Z10 now...and this awesome keyboard that is not so physical! LoL

I've an iphone 4, have no problem with no physical keyboard but i've find the Z10 a bit big and the Q10 sexy as hell. I had a pearl flip and a Curve and it had no problem. I think i go with the Q10 but i fear i will regret the bigger screen.

I don't play game, use my phone for news, social media, mail and web browsing.

I'm constantly hitting the wrong character. I prefer to spell my words correctly instead of using autocorrect.

I have a Z10 which I have had since February and I love it.

I have just played with a Q10 and WOW!

It is so nice, feels so good in the hand, very fast functions, might take a few minutes to get used to it if you've been using a Z10, the back is more textured than the Z10's back so there's more grip,

I really loved it, but I have the Z10, if I didn't I would definitely get the Q10.

Presumably they meant quick in this sense of short in that they would be fine using a z10 for shorter responses while gaining the screen real estate of a larger display for the rest of their uses, but for longer replies you would prefer to use a q10.

That would be the ideal combo and then you would be set on the qwerty side for a long time as that one would not need to be upgraded as often as an all-touch where there would be more benefits to higher specs in time.

I am not sure if more textured is really the right description for the back of the q10 as that pattern on the z10 is a noticeable texture, but the back of the q10 feels like a nicer version of the playbook or a recent kindle to me and very nice to hold.
