A client just called me to say after losing connection to his WiFi network because he's now out of range he unable to surf the internet, his phone says there is no data connection.. Under Network Connections his devices shows up as being connected to Rogers 4G. I have never had this problem with my Z10 (on the Bell network).

That's just weird.

He try a reboot? I have had devices lose connectivity and the radio needed a reboot (either driver reload or hardware reset)

That's just weird.

Was his icon 4G or 4g? Lowercase means no data connection. On my Z10, it would sometimes get stuck and I usually have to toggle off then on WiFi.

He should also watch how many bars of phone service he has, as I've been told by both Bell and Rogers techs that more than 3 bars are needed for reliable data connections.
