Yea, .1925 took me about 20 minutes to download and the radio about 10. The worst part was setting everything up. Be sure to make a restore of your software settings. I had a bug where I couldn't open up Crackberry as BBM wouldn't find any "BlackBerry data" but 1 restore for all options and installing the 1926 radio, EVERYTHING worked without a hitch at all. You'll love it. I'm excited to how you like it!

The Q10_OS10.2.1.1925_RADIO10.2.1.1899.exe.7z O/S file is about 1 GB.
The 10.2.1.1926_Q_RADIO_ONLY.7z radio file is just 30 MB.
If on Windows 7, download 7zip and install, in order unpack the files.
10.2 is fantastic, vs original 10.1 on Sprint Q10

This is insanely frustrating. It took hours to download the file, but that's no biggie b/c it went overnight. Now I've downloaded the BB Link and succeeded in backing up my Q. I went to take the plunge into the giant file and find out that I don't have the unzipper on my computer. Okay, no problem, I think I downloaded the 7Zip properly. Computer told me that it didn't have a file to open the file with, so I browsed to the 7zip thing. Double clicked it and told the computer to open the file with that. Then I double clicked on the 10.2.1.1925-1926_20140108_Q and I get some sort of black box that flashed on the screen really quickly and then disappeared. The file type still says 7Z but the icon next to it has changed. The instructions say to open some autoloader, but I have no autoloader nor anything at this point. Sooooo frustrating...
ETA: file was not unzipped. I think I got it this time. IT's still really frustrating tho!

The link that I gave to you is 1925 with 1926 radio file. You dont need to download anything else. Just that file. BBX from UMG Forums already make an autoloader for 1925 w/ 1926 radio file. The one you downloaded.

Step.

Extract the file with winrar. 7zip also work.

The file after extracted is .exe

Turn off BlackBerry link.
Connect your Q10 into your pc..
Click the file ( the one you extracted).
CMD. Window will open up. ( the one you say black window)
It will ask your passcode. ( if you have one)
You Q10 will reboot and and flash a red for a while and green.
DO NOT DISCONNECT your usb.
Wait for the cmd. to close.
You can now disconnect your usb.
Wait until your Q10 to boot up..
Proceed.

Success! Now I have 10.2.1.1925 on my Sprint Q10.
But I have some sort of tutorial steps on my phone now--with gestures, it gives me hints. For ex, I swipe up and it brings up a bar at the bottom telling me to swipe left for recent apps. This must be some sort of tutorial or "helpful hints" or something. I'm sure that there's an easy way to get rid of this, does anyone know what it is?

Any ideas why I can't get the full file? It's been 12 hours and still fluctuating in the 90s%.

It also fluctuates between 20 seconds and 1 minute remaining.

My download took awhile as well but it was well worth it. Icchick: that was just the tutorial like when you bought the device. You just gotta blaze through that and everything should be up an running.

Yes. It's done the same thing twice. It's at 96% right now BTW. 27 seconds left since it said 30 seconds 2 hrs ago. It still says DLing at 1MB/sec too.

Matt, try downloading from a different browser. If you can't get it by time I get off work (1 more hour from now) I'll skype you or BBM and try to walk you through it. You may have to find a different download link as I've had this problem before and that worked. There should be a thread title "Legened presents 1925 to all Q and Z" find that and then there should be another thread in the same board titled 1926 radio. The file 1925 comes with. 1866 radio (Which may work for you ((Didn't for me)). But installing 1926 radio after having 1925 and 1866 is as simple as loading the leak, only it's a shorter process.

icchick: The only android app I've downloaded since I loaded my leak last week is Shazam. Lol. I love the battery percentage and all of the new hub changes. Colors is very much welcomed.
