    My Q10 trys to install Link and Link is already there and Link can't see my Q10 anymore. Says "not connected"

    On the plus side the computer no longer does that disconnect sound every 20 seconds when the phone is connected. The bad thing is it doesn't know the phone is connected.

    LINK version 1.2.0.28
    Q10 10.2.0.1791

    should I uninstall Link and let the q10 try to install it? or what should I do?

    I have the same issue with my z10.. each time I connect it to the system it still prompt me to download link meanwhile I have it installed already.. need help on this

    Ok so I uninstalled link and then installed again with my phones version it linked me too.

    It fixed it.

    I have the same problem--Link doesn't recognize my phone when it is connected--but if I uninstall Link and reinstall it, will I lose all the data? I am concerned because my phone will not show my album art, but it still shows on my computer in Link.

    When you uninstall there is an option to wipe all user data say no. Or you can go in to the folders and pulll out your save files
