I noticed that the Classic has pretty much, if not more, keyboard shortcuts found on the Bold 9930/9900, do you think the Q10 will have those same shortcuts when 10.3 is officially released?

I can confirm this. I have 10.3.1 loaded on my Q10 and our shortcuts are back!

Irene, we have installed the leaked version of 10.3.1. The latest leaks are very stable and incorporate the shortcut features that the OP was asking about. It also supports BlackBerry Blend which is a blast and a solid improvement in productivity.

It does make the Q10 vastly more functional and fun to use.
