Help!
My device disconnects on its own
It sometimes say unable to authenticate
Sometimes I get limited notification
While all my other devices
Android windows even ios work great
Just this phone has this problem
Also it messes up the router
I'm thinking of switching even though I love my blackberry this problem for me is major
Kindly if there is a working solution tell me
N FYI I did delete the profile then started again
Reset restart n rebooted my device n router
HELP

I have been having the same issue since I upgraded my Q10 to 10.3.2.798 last week. No such issue on previous OS at the same locations, i.e. home or office. I guess it's related to the radio file on the latest os10.

Depends on your region. Try something small 5 or 7 channel.
