    If you're inclined, check out this section but don't install a 10.3.2 because you can't downgrade to an older OS if you do and have issues.

    There are many 10.3.1. ones that might be better.

    I doubt the issue is with his router because many other users are having the same problem.

    @OP I suggest you reinstall the OS using autoloader. Just a quick search here would show you how it's done.
