I am never able to access my university's wi-fi, and it's so frustrating. I am able to connect, but then I am prompted to login to the hotspot, and when I click login the browser opens up and this is what I see. Can anyone assist me?

I select the hotspot and it attempts to connect.


It then appears connected.


Then a few seconds later I get this prompt.


Which also notifies me in the Hub.


And once I click "Log In" on the prompt, the browser opens up and I just see this.

Looks like permission issue at the university end? Have you confirmed with the admin you're in the list?

That can't be it because I had the Bold 9930 before the Q10 and it logged in with no issues. Plus, all my friend's phones have no issues. This leads me to believe that something is wrong with this OS; I'm running 10.1.0.4828. Unless I have to fiddle around with some network settings, I have no idea what's wrong.
