[CrackBerry Question]

I've got a flashing red light indicator and my Q10 won't boot. I've tried connecting it to BlackBerry link to do an OS reload but after i put in my device password it tells me no device is connected (loses the connection somehow - usb)

I've tried doing the update by downloading the Web update on a PC that doesn't have BB Link installed and it does the same thing once it tries to load the OS.

Any ideas on other things I can try, or is this device done and I need to return it?

Start BlackBerry Link. Remove battery from Q10 and try reloading OS.
