it took about three to four days and now it is for 99% reset.but it seems it stand still.

how long i have to wait till it is 100% i need my phone, so I can get on with it

If you mean security wipe it takes no more than 30 minutes. You can reload OS with BlackBerry Link on PC or Laptop.

Dont wait , autoloader is faster .

And if you do next time uninstall all aps you can , i did that once and s. Wipe finnished in 20-30 min.

I've told this for many times, but again:

Fast Security Wipe
1) Autoload latest firmware using PC and USB cable (about 5-10 minutes)
2) After that you'll have a clean phone connected to your Blackberry ID. You still can't sell your phone, no one can use it without your ID.
3) Now make a Security Wipe. It will take about 10-20 minutes.

Again, your phone must be completely empty before security wipe. Otherwise it will take DAYS.

Go to this thread in Crackberry. My Q10 was down for MONTHS and even Blackberry couldn't fix it. Go to the 9th post down... do that... it worked and I'm still shocked!
