The red light on my phone Model Blackberry Q10 SQN100-31 (F366 if that means anything), is flashing intermittently but the phone won't boot up, won't do anything. I've taken out the battery and the SIM card and put them back after a delay, but even after half an hour the red light comes back flashing aimlessly. Any idea what to do if it is a software problem, as there seems to be no way to access the phone. Conveniently, Blackberry Desktop Manager can't access this model !!

As the other posters have said, the desktop software used for any bb10 device is called "Blackberry Link", which is different from "Blackberry Manager." Try downloading that from the website, plug in your phone, and do a backup before reloading the OS. Hope this helps
