    Yes, that's what I've been trying. My screenshot above shows that the option doesn't even exist

    You need to go to BBW and find BBM and open it and it will be there. Then just restart your phone and majic its there.

    I tried that too. Since Verizon just rolled out 10.2.1, I'm going to wait and see what AT&T does.

    I have my fingers crossed! Knowing them though, I'm trying to not get my hopes up.
