    Hi,

    Yesterday, after updating my blackberry Q10 to the latest version of 10.3.1, I noticed all of a sudden that my my network coverage is gone and my phone refuse to charge, when i plug the power source into it, it shows the sign of battery full.
    What do i do ????

    Most users recommend rebooting the phone 3-4 times to help get things settled in. Have you tried that?

    Hey there its not just you some of us me included are having the same problems. The only solution so far is to roll back to 10.2.1 until there's a fix.

    What?... 3 reboots in a row? 3 every few.hours? When does the system get to finish syncing while doing three reboots lol...

    His problem is specifically unusual. Best thing you can do is go back to previous backup ( assuming you backed up) or reinstall with a autoloader or try a security wipe.... or try the first step which is a reboot / hold both volume buttons.

    Reboot whenever it tickles the fancy. I always did mine about 5 minutes apart to allow them to cycle and stabilize. When there is no information on what remedial actions have been taken, start with the basics.

    I have had the same problems since Thursday night when I updated. Have done several battery pulls, security wiped 3 times and a full reload via BlackBerry Link when all went completely t*ts up. Still not working.
