After the last OS upgrade almost all of my music does not display properly. After downloading music from iTunes or Amazon (or copying from a CD) I use EZ CD-DA Extractor to set all my music to 128 Kbps and I make sure all the tags are correct. I then take my 32 gig SD Micro Card and put in my PC and use the synch function in Windows Media Player to copy the songs to the card. After putting the card back in the Q10 (after turning it off so the BB recognizes the card), about 95% of my music is listed under unknown, has no album art (which I know is there because I see it in Media Player), genre is unknown, artist unknown, etc. I have about 6,500 songs on my PC and I really don't want to try and re-tag everything!

You may want to use an app like ID3IOT in BlackBerry World and see if that might help. Only thing I can think of off the top of my head.

You can find it at http://appworld.blackberry.com/webst...ntent/47953889
