    I bought my AT&T labeled Q10 in the US but using it in Germany. I have the version 10.2.1.3014 and everytime I try to Update it says that I already have the latest version. So how can I get 10.3?

    I have the same problem. Now on 10.2.2056 and it says I have the latest on the phone when I check and on BlackBerry Link. Not particularly worried as I am OK but want to see the "goodies" offered by the update sometime. My phone is a T-Mobile Q10n unlocked and on Rogers in Canada.

    Have you tried taking your sim card out and checking that way,
