    Q10 ( never locked ) owner from Bulgaria, carrier Mtel. I can't update 10.2.1.3063. Tried OTA, via BB link , BB global site.

    Tried without SIM card via OTA, BB link. Tried with another SIM card ( different carrier ).
    No progress at all.
    Could you recommend me an official version which I can install via autoloader?
    Since I am newbie I can't post a link. ;(
