    What happened:

    1. I upgraded to 10.3.1.2267 (but I don't think that matters so much)
    2. I dropped it on the floor

    Problem:

    Full signal, internet works (3g), i can call anyone BUT:
    - when someone calls me it's just like the phone is turned off.
    - sms messages are not received
    - during a call I can receive calls and sms.
    - before I downgraded back to 10.2 (with no effect) the operator name was switching to "No voice service" every 2-3 seconds.

    What I already did:

    - tried other sim cards (3 different operators)
    - tried other leaked os (10.3.1.2072; 10.2.1.3253; 10.2.01.2228) nothing worked.
    - already checked the forwarding options, it's not active (although it shouldn't matter if I switched sims)
    - phone is network unlocked but it's a Verizon version
    - security wipe

    Nothing worked. I bought the Classic (had no choice, q10 wasn't anywhere to be found) but I want my q10 back
    Anyone have any ideas, please?

    Um, you broke your phone dude. If it is still under warranty then send it in. If not, sad fact is you are going to have to go shopping online for a new one. Good luck.

    Yeah, well... I didn't ask if I should get a new one or if it's broken.... I wanted to know if anyone had this problem before and if it can be fixed.
    I already bought the classic but I want the q10 back.

    You dropped it on the floor. You tried other SIM cards and other OS reloads. You answered your own question really. The phone is broken. Happens sometimes when you drop it. So like I said before, if there is no visible damage and it's still in warranty, send it in for repair or replacement. If it's out of warranty, pay to have it fixed or get a new one. Pretty simple really.
    Nobody can troubleshoot a dropped phone in a forum. It would need to be opened up and evaluated.
