Got out my old trusty Q10 to check out 10.3 and when I went to settings and updates I got (your phone is up to date). I thought maybe because my sim card wasn't in it so installed and rebooted and same.. it's a att branded Q10 and I use a AT&T Go sim card with voice and data plan. Is this why? Thanks for any help.

the new 10.3 update has been cancelled by Rim / Blackberry as there are glitches being reported

Lots of problems being reported with the 10.3 update and the Q10. I'd stay away from trying to upgrade.

My sister q10 has not received the update as yet. She bought her phone from Digicel. I find this situation strange. I received my update on Z30

Please don't try the autoloaders for 10.3. The Q10 has issues with 10.3 update. You will loose your signal and your phone will become very very very slow. To top it off your phone won't charge!

I have 2 Q10s. Both were purchased unlocked. Both were purchased online from Negrielectronics, now defunct. One is T-Mobile branded; the other is unbranded but is from Telus of Canada. The Telus one received the 10.3.1 update two days ago. The T-Mobile branded one has still not received the update.
