    Hi,

    I have a Q10 with SW release 10.2.1.2102 (latest) and I would like to enter my personal information for the locked screen display for line 1 and 2.
    I know where and how to do this (SETTINGS, DISPLAY and then scroll down to 'screen time out' and then beneath...) however I do not see the Line1 and Line2 lines to enter any information.
    What's wrong here?
    Could it be that my company blocked or wiped this?

    You would enter that info under Settings > Security and Privacy > Lock Screen. If you don't see the two text fields there, it's likely that it has been blocked by your BES10 admin.
